My mother was watching Rachel Ray and saw a small segment on a new super food that is supposed to help you with all kinds of health benefits. Some Acai benefits are increased weight loss, boosting your immune system and it even helps clean out your digestive system. The most well known benefit is that is supposed help increase your weight loss. As long as you are doing a regular workout routine and taking the acai berry as a supplement, you should see some pretty dramatic result. After hearing my mom talk about, I think it would be worth a try. Even it doesn’t work, it’s not really harming me.
Trying to get healthier with a new superfood
My resolution for this year was to try to get healthier and that would mean eating healthier and working out. I actually did fine with the working out, but eating healthier has been a challenge.
