Last year at a game here in the QC a scout told me about Edgar Lara and said to keep an eye on him. He’s raw but he will turn into something special. Since I’ve noticed his name showing up in the DFR’s I was wondering if anyone had anymore info on this young man and if they agree with what the scout said?

when i say hope, i don’t mean wishy washy hope like wishing. i mean expect. call it quirky, i guess in my own mind i put my own defininition in the writing.

Re: Wallace. The Luhnow article reports that he “hopes” Wallace will be signed next week. In my book, “hopes” is not the same as “expects.” Since there are no quotation marks around “expects,” there is no telling which word–if either–Luhnow actually used. I can only “hope” Wallace is signed sooner rather than later.

And good to see Mather still raking. TLR is going to have OPTIONS in that outfield come September. He’ll have about every make and manner of chess piece to play with. You assume Ras is coming up. Stavi and Joey Bombs added to the current usual suspects. Matchup heaven for him.

Well, it’s a WordPress template and I don’t have any admin control over it. But they are giving me another reason to host my own site!
