I've seen him in person three different times, and each time I've come away with the same feeling; that this is a pitcher who's being far underestimated, and has the stuff to not just pich in the big leagues, but make a huge impact. Between Garcia, Mortensen, and Kopp, I think the Cardinals have three potential impact arms coming very soon. Really, considering what Tyler Herron is doing this season with his walk rates, I may have to revise that to four. I've been lower than some others on Herron; it now appears I may be underestimating him. I certainly hope that proves to be the case. Congrats to Mr. Garcia!
