As for Todd, yes his impact as a setup man may not be that of say Ottavino as a starter but given his current set of pitches I have much more confidence that he's going to pan out as a reliever at least. So I'm balancing upside with likelihood when I ranked Todd at #18. Degerman ranked at 20 may be high but I feel pretty comfortable that he’ll make a few top 25 prospect lists — not a considerable stretch, imo. As for Todd, yes his impact as a setup man may not be that of say Ottavino as a starter but given his current set of pitches I have much more confidence that he’s going to pan out as a reliever at least. Just like King, I'll bet no legitimate ranking you'll find this off season will rank Deggerman as high as you did. (hey somebody has to be the highest!) My other question would be the inclusion of two players who may very well have great success as relievers (Deggerman, Todd)in your top 20.
