• Amaury Marti Watch

Amaury Marti is currently hitting .424/.509/.633 in 39 games for the Mexican Red Devils of the Mexican League, also known as Liga de Amaury Cazana. Bud Selig ordered the Cardinals to banish him to there, in fear of the major leagues losing competitive balance.

Amaury also refuses to accept the watch curse. He has the power to curse, and the power to bless.

From the who cares? files

The Hawaiian Winter League is starting soon, and the Cardinals have 2 of their organizational grunts on the team. Michael Cooper, the “relief” pitcher we love to loath here at FR will take his slip-shod control to Hawaii along with relief pitcher Marco Gonzalez of the Swing this past season, a non drafted free agent from 2006.

The Hawaii Winter League last year has some interesting names in the league this year, being headlined by Matt Wieters. Joba Chamberlain and Ian Kennedy were two of the better prospects in the league the previous year.
