Per Derrick Goold:
Triple-A Memphis lefthander Chris Narveson was removed from his start Wednesday after throwing a wild pitch in the first inning and doubling over. What originally was feared to be a left shoulder problem was discovered to be an oblique muscle injury. Narveson is expected to miss several starts.
Injuries stink, but I’m sure glad it’s an oblique injury and not something wrong with his shoulder, as feared.

I heard on 590 the fan this morning that Narveson was coming into town to have an impingement in his shoulder checked out. Hopefully Goold has the better information on this one. . .
