The further he gets from surgery the stronger his arm should get. I'd also rather the Cardinals left him down in AAA during this Carpenter debacle. I don't think he's our best 6th starter right now despite some clamoring to see him. I'd rather he work on a consistent schedule and see how the AAA batters adjust to him.
